LED Down Light Manufacturer in India
Rayna Industries manufactures recessed LED downlights at our own facility in Ahmedabad. A downlight spreads a soft, even wash of light across a room — this is the fixture that lights the space itself, rather than picking out any one thing in it.
Our Flick series covers 12W, 18W and 24W with a 120° beam, in cut-outs from 111mm to 162mm. All three are 50mm deep, so they fit shallow false ceilings where a deeper fixture will not go.
For a more premium look, our Galaxy series uses a deep, anti-glare reflector cup finished in chrome, in 7W, 12W, 18W and 24W. Cut-outs run from 73mm to 145mm, and it's available in colour temperatures from 3000K through to 6000K.
Downlight or COB spot?
A downlight at 120° lights the room; a COB downlight at 15° to 60° lights a thing. Most rooms need both — a grid of downlights for the base light, a few COB spots to pick out the features.
Using COBs everywhere leaves dark patches between the beams. Using downlights everywhere leaves the room evenly lit but flat.
Choosing Between Flick and Galaxy
Flick is the flatter, more discreet option — 50mm deep, sits close to the ceiling, and disappears into the room once installed. Galaxy sits a little deeper and brings a visible reflector-cup finish, suited to spaces where the fixture itself is part of the look, not just the light. Both cover a similar wattage range, so the choice usually comes down to ceiling depth and finish, not brightness.
Build and warranty
LM80 certified LEDs, a BIS approved driver with built-in PFC and up to 4kV surge protection, and a powder-coated aluminium die-cast housing. Colour temperatures 3000K to 6000K, CRI 80 or 90, in black or white. Available in Economy and Premium build, and in a Smart (WiFi / app-controlled) version. Warranty up to 60 months.
